Gummies vs. capsules: how to compare focus supplements

Capsules and gummies are delivery formats. Neither format alone tells you how much of an active ingredient is present or whether a product is effective.
Compare a complete daily serving
One capsule and one gummy may not represent the same fraction of a serving. Start by recording how many pieces the label calls for, then compare the active amounts across that full serving. Counting pieces without checking the serving can distort the comparison.
Read the other-ingredient list
Look at the actual formulation rather than assuming every gummy has the same sweeteners or every capsule has the same shell. Taste, texture, swallowing preference and the complete ingredient list may affect which format is practical for you.
Do not infer absorption from appearance
A soft or chewable format is not automatically better absorbed. A capsule is not automatically more potent. Any claim about absorption or comparative performance needs evidence for the products being compared, not just their shape.
Clarimind’s format
Clarimind provides its five active ingredients in hypromellose capsules. The bottle contains 60 capsules, with two capsules per serving and 30 servings total. Its other ingredients are listed on the label. Compare those facts with the full serving of another format rather than with a single piece.
Quick answer
Is the capsule shell part of the 1,500 mg active total?
No. The 1,500 mg figure is the sum of the five listed active amounts; it is not a statement of total capsule weight.
