October 17, 2026 · Clarimind Health

An open supplement guide with two capsules, a glass of water and a Lion’s Mane mushroom.

Clarimind is a five-ingredient nootropic supplement with organic Lion’s Mane and L-theanine. Each bottle contains 60 capsules, giving you 30 servings of two capsules each. The formula has no added caffeine, and every active ingredient amount is listed.

New to the word nootropic, or comparing your first stack? This guide puts the product details in one place so you can decide whether Clarimind fits your preferences without decoding a long list of marketing terms.

Why is Clarimind called a nootropic stack?

Nootropic is commonly used for products marketed for cognitive support, including focus and memory. Stack means a combination of ingredients. Clarimind combines Lion’s Mane, L-theanine, Bacopa, citicoline and Rhodiola in one serving.

As Operation Supplement Safety explains, nootropic products span supplements and drugs. Clarimind belongs to the dietary supplement category. The name describes its positioning; it does not mean FDA approval or prove that the complete combination improves cognition.

The five active ingredients, with their amounts

Here is the formula per two-capsule serving:

  • Organic Lion’s Mane fruiting-body extract — 500 mg: standardized to 30% beta-glucans.
  • L-theanine — 200 mg.
  • Bacopa extract — 300 mg: standardized to 50% total bacosides.
  • Citicoline — 250 mg.
  • Rhodiola extract — 250 mg: standardized to 5% salidrosides.

These are individual ingredient amounts, rather than one total hiding how much of each active is included. That makes it easier to compare formulas or show the label to a healthcare professional. Visit our ingredient guide for more detail.

What makes the Lion’s Mane ingredient specific?

Clarimind identifies the mushroom ingredient as organic Lion’s Mane fruiting-body extract and gives its beta-glucan standardization. Those details describe the material included in the serving and help distinguish it from a label that says only “mushroom blend.”

Organic refers to this Lion’s Mane ingredient, not the entire five-ingredient formula. The percentage is an ingredient specification, not a percentage improvement in memory or focus. Clear labeling helps you compare products; it is not a substitute for a clinical trial.

How to read the serving information

Two capsules equal one listed serving. A bottle with 60 capsules therefore contains 30 servings. The milligram amounts above refer to both capsules together, not each capsule individually.

Follow the directions and cautions on your bottle. If you are comparing a different supplement, check whether its amounts apply to one capsule, several capsules or a full scoop. Comparing equal servings prevents a larger-looking number from giving the wrong impression.

What should you expect from the research?

Clarimind’s science page discusses human studies of individual ingredients. That is different from a trial of this finished five-ingredient formula. A study’s duration also does not tell you the day you will notice an effect.

For example, a 2019 L-theanine trial involved 30 adults and four-week treatment periods. Cognitive score changes did not differ significantly between L-theanine and placebo in the full sample. Reading the actual results gives you a better basis for evaluating research than a headline alone.

Frequently asked questions

Does the nootropic stack contain added caffeine?

No. Clarimind’s formula has no added caffeine. L-theanine is listed as its own ingredient; its presence does not mean the capsules contain tea or caffeine. Explore the Lion’s Mane and L-theanine guide for more context.

Is taking more than one serving better?

Do not assume more is better. Follow the product directions rather than increasing the serving to chase a faster result. The FDA recommends using supplements as directed and discussing suitability with a healthcare professional, particularly when medicines or other supplements are involved.
