A supplement label should help you make a considered choice. Here is how to read Clarimind’s, one detail at a time.
Start with the serving size
The amounts on the Supplement Facts panel are listed per two-capsule serving. Each bottle contains 60 capsules, or 30 servings.
Read each active amount
| Ingredient | Per serving |
|---|---|
| Organic Lion’s Mane fruiting body extract | 500 mg |
| Bacopa Monnieri extract | 300 mg |
| Citicoline | 250 mg |
| Rhodiola Rosea root extract | 250 mg |
| L-Theanine | 200 mg |
Look at the extract details
The label specifies 30% beta-glucans for the organic Lion’s Mane, 50% total bacosides for Bacopa, and 5% salidrosides for Rhodiola. These percentages describe the stated composition of each extract; they are not percentages of improved focus or memory.
Check the rest of the formula
Other ingredients are hypromellose (capsule), silicon dioxide, and magnesium stearate. “Organic” identifies the listed Lion’s Mane ingredient, rather than certifying the entire finished formula.
