What the research says

A small 16-week study in adults with mild cognitive impairment used about 2.9 g of mushroom powder daily, a different dose and preparation from Clarimind. A 2025 acute study found no benefit for global cognition or mood.

Bacopa
Monnieri

300mg

Extract · 50% total bacosides

Studied for learning and memory with consistent use. Some trials report improvements in selected memory tests; others find no cognitive benefit.*

What the research says

Several trials assessed standardized extracts over 12 weeks. Clarimind matches the nominal 300 mg and 50% amounts in one older trial, but this does not establish an identical extract. A 2025 trial found no benefit on primary cognitive outcomes.

250mg

A source of choline

Studied for attention and memory. One small trial found fewer attention-task errors after four weeks at 250 mg daily.*

What the research says

The trial used branded Cognizin in women aged 40–60. Clarimind lists citicoline, which does not establish that the same branded ingredient or identical results apply. The study used one-tailed statistical tests.

Explored for stress-related fatigue and attention under pressure. Findings vary with the extract, dose, and population.*

What the research says

A 28-day study used 576 mg/day of SHR-5 in people with stress-related fatigue. A different trial in nursing students favored placebo for fatigue. Neither tested Clarimind’s 250 mg, 5% salidrosides preparation.

L-Theanine

200mg

Caffeine-free calm-focus ingredient

Studied for relaxation and responses to mental stress. Small human studies show some promising findings; effects are not consistent across outcomes.*

What the research says

A 200 mg acute trial studied short-term laboratory stress. A four-week 200 mg study found some sleep-component improvements, but not a consistent advantage on overall stress or cognition. This does not establish all-day calm or a guaranteed immediate effect.

THE LION’S MANE WE CHOOSE

Organic Lion’s Mane.

01

Organic, by ingredient.

Our label identifies the Lion’s Mane as organic. It’s a specific ingredient choice you can see for yourself.

02

The fruiting body. Named clearly.

We use extract from the mushroom’s fruiting body—the spore-producing structure—so you know which part goes into the formula.

03

A standard with a number.

30% beta-glucans states the proportion of these polysaccharides in our Lion’s Mane extract. A concrete specification, alongside the 500 mg serving amount.

Fruiting body vs. mycelium

A fruiting body produces spores. Mycelium is the fungus’s network of fine threads; it is not a plant root. They are different fungal structures, and both can be used in supplements.

Clarimind specifies fruiting-body extract. That choice alone does not establish greater clinical effectiveness than other preparations.

01

Start with what’s inside.

Clarimind combines three extracts—Lion’s Mane, Bacopa, and Rhodiola—with citicoline and L-Theanine. Each active ingredient has its own amount on the label.

02

Look beyond the headline.

A study may use a different extract, dose, or group of participants. Our research section shows those details alongside the findings so you can understand what was actually studied.

03

Keep the bigger picture.

Cognitive support is one part of looking after yourself. Sleep, nutrition, and time to recharge still have a place in your day. Personal experiences with supplements vary.

L-THEANINE / SLEEP-RELATED MEASURES

Three encouraging signals.

In a small crossover trial, changes in three sleep-questionnaire components favored L-Theanine over placebo: time to fall asleep, sleep disturbance, and sleep-medication use.

Less fatigue. A signal for attention.

A placebo-controlled trial found improvements in fatigue and selected attention measures among adults with stress-related fatigue taking the SHR-5 extract.

THE RESEARCH TIMELINE

From day one.
To the longer view.

What have researchers observed after a day, a week, or a few months? Explore six milestones from human ingredient studies.

These are findings from separate studies with different doses and participants. They do not establish what will happen on each day of taking Clarimind.

  1. Day1LION’S MANE · 60 MINUTES AFTER A DOSEFaster responses on one task.Exploratory trial

A pilot trial found faster Stroop responses in the Lion’s Mane group one hour after dosing: an average of 737.70 to 688.05 milliseconds.

1,800 mg study dose · 43 adults in the acute analysis · Ages 18–45

Docherty et al., 2023 · Read the study ↗

Keep the finding in context. This is a within-group change on one task. Immediate word recall worsened and overall cognition did not improve. Clarimind contains 500 mg of a different preparation.

    Explore the study charts ↑
  2. Day3RHODIOLA · FIRST EARLY ASSESSMENTEarly reports of less stress. No placebo group

In an open-label study, improvements in stress-related symptoms were reported after three days of the Rhodiola extract WS® 1375.

    400 mg daily · 101 people with life-stress symptoms · Four-week study

Edwards et al., 2012 · Read the study ↗

An early observation, with important limits. Everyone received the extract and knew they were taking it. Without a comparison group, changes cannot be attributed to Rhodiola alone. Clarimind lists 250 mg of a different extract.

  3. Day7RHODIOLA · THE SAME STUDY’S FOLLOW-UPReported improvements continued.No placebo group

The same study reported continuing improvements at one week and again at four weeks. This was a follow-up in the same participants, not a second independent confirmation.

    400 mg daily · WS® 1375 · Same 101-person study

    Edwards et al., 2012 · Read the follow-up ↗

Observation does not establish cause. Expectations and other changes could affect the results. This uncontrolled study does not establish a seven-day stress benefit for Clarimind.

  4. Days14RHODIOLA · NIGHT-SHIFT PERFORMANCEAn early mental-fatigue finding.Crossover trial

A placebo-controlled crossover study in physicians on night duty reported improvement on a mental-fatigue index in the Rhodiola group during the first two-week period.

    170 mg SHR-5 daily · 56 physicians enrolled · Two-week treatment periods

Darbinyan et al., 2000 · Read the study ↗

The result was limited. Improvement was not statistically significant in the later Rhodiola period. This small, older study used a different preparation and work setting from everyday Clarimind use.

A later fatigue trial favored placebo ↗
  5. Month1CITICOLINE + L-THEANINE + RHODIOLAAttention, sleep and fatigue measures.Controlled trials
    • Citicoline: fewer commission errors than placebo at day 28 in the 250 mg group.
    • L-Theanine: three sleep-questionnaire components improved versus placebo after four weeks at 200 mg daily.
    • Rhodiola: fatigue and selected attention measures improved versus placebo after 28 days at 576 mg SHR-5 daily.

Study windows: 28 days / 4 weeks · Separate ingredient trials

Specific outcomes, not an across-the-board effect. Total sleep-quality change was not significant versus placebo in the L-Theanine trial. Doses, extracts and populations differ; the Rhodiola study recruited people with stress-related fatigue. These trials did not test the combined formula.

  6. Months3+BACOPA + LION’S MANE · LONGER STUDIESMemory, measured over months.Mixed findings

A 12-week Bacopa trial recorded a delayed-recall gain within its treatment group. A separate 16-week Lion’s Mane trial found higher cognitive-scale scores than placebo at weeks 8, 12 and 16.

Around 3–4 months: 12–16-week studies · Older adult populations

Population and preparation matter. The Lion’s Mane trial involved 30 adults with mild cognitive impairment and about 2.9 g of mushroom powder daily; scores fell after stopping. The Bacopa gain does not establish superiority over placebo, and a larger 2025 trial found no primary cognitive benefit.

A LITTLE MORE CLARITY

Good questions.
Clear answers.

Ask us a question
Is the finished formula clinically tested?

The studies linked here examine individual ingredients and specific extracts, not the finished Clarimind blend. Those findings do not prove that Clarimind delivers the same effects.

What is Clarimind?

Clarimind is a daily dietary supplement with five active ingredients, designed to support focus, memory, and calm mental clarity. It is not a medication.*

Where is Clarimind made?

Clarimind’s label states that it is made in the USA from global materials and manufactured in an FDA-registered facility. FDA registration applies to the facility and does not mean FDA approval of Clarimind. Read the FDA’s explanation, section L.2 ↗

Is the entire formula certified organic?

The label identifies Organic Lion’s Mane as an ingredient. This is not a claim that the complete Clarimind formula is USDA Certified Organic.

Does it contain caffeine?

No. Clarimind’s five-ingredient formula has no added caffeine.

How long does one bottle last?

Each bottle contains 60 capsules, or 30 servings. At the label’s suggested serving of two capsules daily, one bottle lasts 30 days.

When will I notice a difference?

Everyone’s experience is different. Consistent use is part of a daily routine, but a specific outcome or timeline is not guaranteed. Sleep, nutrition, and individual factors matter too.

How does the subscription work?

Choose a subscription at purchase for recurring delivery. Your selected price and billing schedule are shown before checkout. Manage or cancel future orders through your subscription account before your next billing date.

Do I have to subscribe?

No. Choose a one-time purchase if you want a single order. Subscription options, when selected, show their recurring price and schedule before checkout.

What do the extract percentages mean?

Milligrams describe the amount of an ingredient per serving. The percentages describe the stated proportion of a named compound within a standardized extract—for example, 50% total bacosides in the Bacopa extract. Explore the bottle guide.

How can I compare Clarimind with other formulas?

Start with the listed ingredients, their amounts, the extract details, and the serving format. Our comparison puts published formula information side by side. Ingredient overlap alone does not establish equal effects. Compare the formulas.

Is Clarimind right for me?

For healthy adults aged 18 and over. Do not use if pregnant or nursing. If you take medication or have a pre-existing medical condition, seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional before use. Follow all directions and warnings on the bottle.
