Rhodiola rosea: fatigue studies & extract context
Rhodiola rosea is a botanical studied in stress-related fatigue. Clarimind contains 250 mg of root extract per serving, standardized to 5% salidrosides.
What does the standardization mean?
The salidroside percentage describes the labeled extract. It is not a clinical effectiveness score. Research on one named extract cannot automatically support every Rhodiola preparation.
What does the evidence show?
A 28-day trial of 576 mg daily of SHR-5 reported improvements in fatigue and selected attention measures. That extract, dose and study population differ from Clarimind. Other trials have produced contrasting results; no universal benefit is established.
